10mm Stirring Shaft, Chem-Stir, Polished, For Use With 2L-12L Flasks, 530mm OAL, Complete with PTFE Nut and Bolt. A 10mm OD precision ground and polished stirrer shaft with our patented** Chem-Stir blade attachment system. Shaft (C) has been manufactured with a ring at the lower end to permit attachment of the blade (B) with a PTFE nut (D) and bolt (A). Shaft is supplied complete with PTFE nut and bolt set. For use with PTFE bearings such as the CG-2077. Polished shaft will not cause abrasion to the sealing surfaces of the PTFE bearing, thereby allowing a vacuum tight seal. Uses the same PTFE nut and bolt blade attachment method as the CG-2074 ground shaft. PLEASE NOTE: STIRRER BLADES MUST BE PURCHASED SEPARATELY.THESE SHAFTS ARE NOT TO BE USED WITH ANY TYPE OF GLASS BEARING. FOR GROUND SHAFTS USED WITH GLASS BEARINGS SEE CG-2074.

Agitator, PTFE, 10mm, Four Blade, 100mm Dia, Fits Shaft Size 10mm, 45¿ Impeller Angle. Agitators are made entirely of PTFE and glass filled PTFE and are for use with 10mm OD stirrer shaft CG-2075-B. Available in 45¿, 60¿ and 90¿ impeller angles. The 45¿ and 60¿ impellers are set up to stir downwards in a clockwise direction and upwards when rotated counter-clockwise. Agitator hub is open so that it can be positioned anywhere along the stirrer shaft and locks onto shaft with a glass filled TFE screw.

Stirrer Bearing, PTFE, Complete, fits 10mm Shaft, 24/40 Inner Joint. Grease-Free PTFE stirrer bearing designed for use in moderate vacuum applications. Bearing consists of a threaded glass adapter having the listed inner joint, a saddle o-ring, a body bushing with a compression and locking nut, and a precision PTFE inner bearing. The saddle o-ring provides only glass and PTFE contact with the reaction, while allowing for the vacuum tight seal. Design of the bearing permits replacement of the saddle o-ring at a fraction of the cost of the entire bearing. PLEASE NOTE: FOR USE ONLY WITH CG-2078 OR CG-2079 PRECISION GROUND AND POLISHED STIRRER SHAFTS.

The Chemglass CG-2097-102 is a precision 30 mm hollow stirrer shaft designed for use with 100 L process reactors. The shaft is precision ground and polished, with the lower portion sandblasted and a 3/8 in flat for secure mounting. It is made from heavy-wall glass tubing and is compatible with PTFE agitators and reactor support frames.
